Проведен анализ нормативно-правовой и методической базы по оценке земли в Германии. Исследована работа комитетов экспертной оценки: их задачи, цели, методики. Изучен практический опыт массовой оценки земель в г. Бохум, г. Эссен, округе Реклингхаузен. Применение различных методов оценки в городах Германии способствует интенсивному развитию научно-технической базы по индивидуальной и массовой оценке земельных участков под жилое строительство.

The article includes an analysis of the legal and technical framework of land assessment in Germany. Work of the Committee of peer review of their goals, objectives, methods of evaluation of land are presented. Practical experience of mass land valuation in Bochum, Essen, Reck-linghausen District studied. The use of different assessment methods in the German cities promotes intensive development of the scientific and technical basis for individual and mass valuation of land for residential construction.
