Предложен системный подход к анализу и учету рисков нефтедобывающих предприятий, выявлена взаимосвязь между стадиями недропользования и факторами риска. Обоснована классификация инвестиционных рисков и проанализированы основные методы их измерения и снижения.

Approach of the systems is offered to the analysis and account of risks of oil-extracting enterprises, intercommunication is educed between the stages of use bowels of the earth and risk factors. Classification of investment risks is reasonable and the basic methods of their measuring and decline are analysed.
