Организованные отраслевые рынки на определенном этапе развития формируют инфраструктуру, позволяющую наиболее эффективно осуществлять сделки по купле-продаже продукции, работ, услуг. К основным субъектам такой инфраструктуры относятся биржи, электронные торговые площадки и иные институты, осуществляющие функции организации конкурсной торговли. Рассмотрены вопросы, связанные с осуществлением мировой торговли углем на конкурентных принципах. Выделен ряд направлений реализации продукции ТЭК, в частности угля, с использованием инструментов конкурсной торговли. Представлена схема организации закупок посредством электронных торговых площадок. Приведены данные об объемах торговли углем на электронных торговых площадках РФ.

On the different stages of development organized sectorial markets form some infrastructure allowing to make such transactions as production, work and service sale and purchasing more efficient. Stock exchange companies, electronic trading facilities and some other institutes, performing functions of competitive trade arrangement, are the main subjects of this infrastructure. The issues connected with the world coal trade practice on the base of the competitive principals are considered in the paper. Some ways of selling fuel and energy complex production are emphasized. Coal sale with policy tool of competitive trade implementation is one of them. The scheme of arranging purchasing with the help of electronic trading facilities is presented. The data of coal trade volume on the Russian electronic trade facilities are given.
