Тихон Семенович Осенников окончил среднее учебное заведение — Пензенское Реальное Училище — и единственный из семьи поступил в Высшее учебное заведение — Горный Институт в 1911 г. До окончания курса в Институте ему оставалось лишь выполнить дипломные проекты, когда так внезапно прервалась его молодая жизнь. Умер он 23 лет от роду.

Tikhon Semenovich Osennikov graduated from a secondary educational institution - the Penza Real School - and was the only one in the family to enter a higher educational institution - the Mining Institute in 1911.
