Условие задачи, решение которой является целью настоящей работы, может быть формулировано так: исходя из заданного закона распределения запасов полезного ископаемого вдоль криволинейной подземной откаточной выработки и расположения на поверхности пункта, куда должен быть перевезен весь запас полезного ископаемого, найти на этой выработке такую точку, при расположении в которой вертикальной подъёмной шахты суммарная стоимость подземного и поверхностного транспорта полезного ископаемого была бы минимальной.

The condition of the problem, the solution of which is the goal of this work, can be formulated as follows: based on a given law of distribution of mineral reserves along a curvilinear underground haulage working and the location on the surface of the point to which the entire reserve of mineral should be transported, find a point on this working such that, with the location of a vertical lifting shaft in which the total cost of underground and surface transport of minerals would be minimal.
