Проветривание гидротехнических и транспортных тоннелей ослож­няется большим сечением подземных выработок, значительной их протяжен­ностью и большим объемом взрывных работ. Ввиду малых скоростей движения воздуха в таких выработках наиболее распространенный нагнетательный способ проветривания не обеспечивает быстрого выноса вредных газов после взрывных работ.
