Надежную работу буросбоечных, как и других буровых машин, при значительной глубине скважин можно обеспечить только эффективными датчиками, определяющими в скважине границу "уголь-порода". Создание и внедрение работоспособных автоматических устройств, управляющих положением исполнительного органа горных машин и в зависимости от изменения гипсометрии и мощности пласта, имеет большое значение.

Reliable operation of drilling-and-cutting machines, as well as other drilling machines, at considerable borehole depths can be ensured only by effective sensors determining the boundary "coal - rock" in the borehole. Creation and implementation of workable automatic devices that control the position of the working member of mining machines depending on changes in hypsometry and seam thickness, is of great importance.
