В Отчетном докладе ЦК КПСС ХХІV съезду партии Л.И.Брежнев осо­бое внимание обратил на то, что партия придает большое значение со­вершенствованию советского законодательства. Это положение в полной мере относится и к советскому трудовому законодательству.

In the Report of the CPSU Central Committee to the XXIV Party Congress, Leonid Brezhnev paid special attention to the fact that the Party attaches great importance to the improvement of Soviet legislation. This provision fully applies to the Soviet labor legislation.
