Вопрос о монополии первого рода в горнодобывающей промышлен­ности и дифференциальном горном доходе является в советской эко­номической науке дискуссионным, а цены на различные виды полез­ных ископаемых строятся на разных экономических принципах.

The question of monopoly of the first kind in the mining industry and differential mining income is debatable in Soviet economic science, and the prices of different types of minerals are based on different economic principles.
