Созданные в ЛГИ тяговые устройства имеют одно или два гладки к приводных колеса. Число их по условиям прочности определяет возможную силу тяги при заданных габаритах тягового устройства.

The traction devices developed at the LGI have one or two smooth drive wheels. The number of wheels, based on strength conditions, determines the possible traction force for given dimensions of the traction device.
