Для геолога важно знать не просто химизм того или иного участка земной коры, а развитие его в историческом плане, в том числе эволюцию химизма магматических образований во времени. Иначе говоря, существенное значение приобретает динамическая петрохимия.

For the geologist it is important to know not just the chemistry of this or that section of the Earth's crust, but its development in historical terms, including the evolution of the chemistry of magmatic formations in time.
