К малоисследованным, с позиции геологов-нефтяников, относятся территории, которые по общим геологическим соображениям перспективны на нефть и газ и на которых хотя и завершены мелко- или даже среднемасштабная геологическая съемка, магнито- и гравиметрия, рекогносцировочные нефтепоис- ковые исследования, но не проведены детальная сейсмика и глубокое бурение (параметрическое или поисковое) ...

From the point of view of petroleum geologists, the little explored areas are those territories that are prospective for oil and gas according to general geological considerations and where, although small- or even medium-scale geological survey, magneto- and gravimetry, reconnaissance oil prospecting studies have been completed, but detailed seismic and deep drilling (parametric or exploratory) have not been carried out ....
