Усиление взаимосвязи заработной платы и результатов общественного тру­да в значительной степени зависит от обеспечения оптимального соотношения элементов, определяющих структуру заработной платы, в основу построения ко­торой положен принцип распределения по количеству и качеству труда.

Strengthening the relationship between wages and the results of public labor largely depends on ensuring the optimal ratio of elements that determine the structure of wages, which is based on the principle of distribution by quantity and quality of labor.
