Анализ сложившейся практики хозяйствования позволяет сделать однознач­ный вывод - без создания экономической модели, соответствующей товарно-денежным отношениям, самая совершенная система управления научно-техническим прогрессом (НТП) работать не будет.

The analysis of the current practice of economic management allows us to draw an unambiguous conclusion - without the creation of an economic model that corresponds to commodity-money relations, the most perfect system of management of scientific and technological progress (STP) will not work.
