Character determination of fusion mode оf sulphidic material in the gas-jet rotation devise

By working out of new technologies for fusion of sulphidic concentrates on matte and hardware registration to them special attention it is necessary to give possibilities of management of oxidation degree of malt in a reactionary zone and uniformity of oxidation process. In this connection development of the oxidation theory and behavior of sulfides in malt is of great importance for designing of fusion devices of sulphidic concentrates and revealing of management possibility of them.

Боковая футеровка алюминиевого электролизера из карбида кремния

Предлагается замена угольных блоков боковой футеровки алюминиевого электролизера на карбидокремниевые плиты. Целесообразно применять блоки из карбидкремния, так как перед угольными плитами они имеют ряд существенных преимуществ: более высокие стойкость к окислению, электрическое сопротивление, механическая прочность. Использование этих преимуществ в алюминиевых электролизерах позволяет: снизить окисляемость поверхности боковой футеровки, повысить коррозионную стойкость боковых блоков на границе металл-электролит, снизить степень пропитки боковых блоков фтористыми солями из электролита, снизить утечки тока через боковую футеровку, лучше контролировать степень нарастания массы гарниссажа. В результате увеличивается срок службы электролизера без капитального ремонта с 48 до 72 мес.

Non-crystalline mineral fertilizers and their industrial production

The advantages provided by transition from traditional polycrystalline mineral fertilizers to non-crystalline ones are considered. It is noted that, based on the special features of the structure, the most promising is the glassy state of matter. The proposed and successfully implemented concept of rational environmental management is based on the use of advantages associated with the glassy state of the developed new type of fertilizers AVA. Some technological features associated with the industrial production of fertilizers AVA, and the main stages of development of their production are considered. Ways of optimization of technological process are indicated. Special attention is paid to the issues of industrial production of charge for AVA production.
