Стратегический подход к оценке экономической устойчивости объектов минерально-сырьевого комплекса России

Аннотация


В статье дано новое определение устойчивости экономических систем (ЭС) с его отчетливым стратегическим наполнением. Рассмотрены основные подходы к оценке устойчивости, основанные на использовании стратегических карт, включая карты систем сбалансированных показателей (ССП). Синхронное управление эффективностью, рисками и шансами ЭС исчерпывает повестку управления экономической устойчивостью ЭС при ее функционировании в условиях вызовов широкого спектра. ССП МСК может быть построена в ходе агрегирования карт ССП по отраслям и отдельным предприятиям. В качестве основного инструмента моделирования экономической устойчивости ЭС предлагается использование формализма матрицы 4×6.
